Out of Formation explores what happens when women begin questioning the path they’ve been following and consider what else might be possible.

Through thoughtful conversations and real stories, we meet people who have made different choices about work, money, time and how they want to live.

We’re interested in more than the outcome. What prompted the change? What made it financially possible? What did it cost? And what does life actually look like on the other side?

Financial independence is something everyone should have the opportunity to pursue, whether they stay in their career, start a business or take a different path. Seeing how others have approached these choices can open up possibilities we might not have considered for ourselves.
